>15. Traceability, history, signature and compliance of standards and legislation

Traceability exists in each Project and is carried out and can be accessed at any time by the content object, user, or for type of action.

The content is automatically labeled as a version, enabling the recovery of previous versions.

Any content, form or application may require an electronic signature within the process. The platform allows you to confirm the content that you want, including that which comes from external data sources, also allowing for the consulting of signed versions. These can include a Time Stamp with a possible validation by an accredited entity.

Content can be archived without having to remove it (outside of the public space) and retrieve it later. This ensures full traceability of the system.

Accordingly, these features allow for managing compliance with company standards of quality, environment, and legislation:
