The repository is configurable by the administrator. The path of the repository can be configured through rules, in accordance with the neccessity of the project:
- For category
- For topic
- For author
- For size
- For content type, etc.
Allows for the creation of various file versions.
Work with various search engines that integrate the content manager:
- Lucene, for Open Source
- DTSearch
- Google Search Appliance
- Others
Content can be categorized or multi-ranked, using the criterion of faceted categorization.
You can work with content on a massive scale, with both downloading and uploading. The files are compressed into a zip file and decompressed in the destination to result in a more efficient upload and download.
You can zoom in on images or graphics simply by dragging an icon. Additionally, the content can be seen in different templates.
By clicking on an image you can access your metadata and concrete information. This information can be amplified by the administrador in a user-friendly way, without the use of code.
The repository relies on a feature that allows you to:
- Define standard sizes of images or proportions for the project.
- Resize
- Crop (trim)
- Change format
In each case, the original file is saved, so if desired, you may optimize the number of images to publish.
In summary, the most common tasks that are made with Photoshop can be developed from the manager, without paying extra licenses. This is available in a manner that is user-friendly and that does not require extra training.
